You could also tell people what else is on the network, especially the nodem/gateway/ONT that sits between WAX630 and the Internet.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

I shall have a look there as well. The ont ant modem/router is from the isp and i can not say something about it because you need to use them. The modem/router combo is Sagemcom F5359 with KPN experiabox firmware on it. The ONT is not visible so for now it is unknown.
But i shall have a look in the different places of the forum and have a look in the documentation again. And sorry that i did not mention it before.
