Orbi pro srs60 wont let me login to change settings
I would like to ensure the IP that is been provided by switch to Orbi pro srs60 is the correct one. How do I login to the Orbi pro srs60?
I have already tried to use the generic: username for username and password for password. admin, admin, and other generic logins but it wont let me login.
I have already reset to factory settings so I can use the above login but it will not let me login.
My connection to the Orbi is via laptop and a network cable.

Does it connect through insight?
Did you try logging in through that router?
Maybe insight is updating it even after the factory reset.
Do you mean the Insight phone app? No i have not tried that yet but I will. Will that give me access to ip settings from switch?
