remote management ssh option missing

after firrmware upgrade to V9.5.2.5, SSH option is missing in remote management section after reverting back to V9.0.1.9 the option is there. expected?
UPDATE:
I haven't actually successfully used ssh yet but I was interested in enabling for remote reboot when I get the stupid admin url blank page issue. Maybe netgear has this locked down like older models where only engineers can use it? I also have need for a custom certificate but looks like thats missing in the firmware. This is pretty great hardware marred by lackluster firmware.
