Request Assistance - Replacement of WC7500 - Attached WAC720 Firmware upgrade problem
Hi,
We get a problem on our WC7500 controler and get a new one back by the warranty support.
As you received the new one, we configure it with the old one IP address and tried to attached APs.
Here we are with 2 problems:
1) Attached APs restart since a day to try a Firmware Upgrade but without success, we could this these status:
To be honest I don't really know the previous Controler Firmware Version so i don't know if the issue could came from ere.
Here is the Firmware verison of the new one: 6.5.1.8
2) As we get more than 10APs we have de licence key to attached more APs
We get no DNS and Internet problem but the licence can't be validated:

It seems that you are having issues with the license of your wireless controller. I suggest you open a ticket on NETGEAR Support and please let them know that you just received the replacement unit and want to transfer the license key. You may also use the previous ticket just in case it is still open.
