    Works now with channel 1!! Had tested 6 and 11!!

The WN203 Acces Point is correctly connected to my LAN as I can verify that the "time" value updates correctly.

I see you have some issues connecting your MAC to your WN203 AP, let me try to help you. I have some questions before I start giving troubleshooting tips, this will help me give you a more accurate troubleshooting to fix your network problem. I have listed my questions below: 

 

1. How far/close are you from the AP? 

2. Does other devices on the network experience the same issue? 

3. Why was the AP been reset to factory default? 

4. What channels are you using? 

5. What is the version of your MAC?

    Hello,

     

    here are the answers to 5 questions:

    1/ Very close, three feet

    2/ The remainder of the network works fine (Airport time capsule, ADSL router box with WiFi capability)

    3/ Lost passwords/keys following change of admin ownership

    4/ Default values (11ng, Channel/Frequency = auto)

    5/ iMac and MacBook Air whith latest system (10.10.5)

      Today, I dont see the SSID any more!! The radio side of the box seems broken!!

        Sorry to hear that. Does the LED for wireless still light up? Are you still able to access the interface of the AP? You might need to get in contact with support if this is the case.
