Hello Aldair,
Yes, that is a good suggestion since some devices are more comfortable locking with the channels mentioned. However, we'll have to wait for OP's response regarding the status of the switch. We'll need to know if it is still active before we can probably try changing the channels.
Thank you for your contribution.

No broadcast of SSID at this time.
Test made with iMac and MacBook AIr.
Haven't figured out yet how to change channel number.
Problem is now lower priority (hence my silence lately). Will come back to it later
Cheers,
Henri

Hi hg83,
You can change the channel by going to Configuration > Wireless > Basic > Wireless Settings. See image below for reference:
See page 26 of the manual, click here:

Last effort! Even after selecting various channels, the SSID of the box remains invisible!!
I fear the radio aprt of the box is dead!!

Hi hg83,
Please try uploading the image again, it looks like it wasn't uploaded properly. I suggest contact the support team, if determined a problem with the radio it should be covered under warranty.
Thanks,

Repeat :
The box talks OK over ethernet, but does not show any SSID visible from a iMac, a MacBook Air and an iPhone 6.
Radio is broken????
Cheers,
Henri

Hello Hg.
Are you tryed with another device with another OS??
It's can be a speficial issues with apple devices. Try to connect another equipment...
Go to Configuration >> Wireless.. When you pass through the channel( 11ng ) you see something like " Radio is set 'ON' " ??
You already change the channel to 1 or 6 or 11?
Keep yourself on Configuration >> Wireless.. The option to broadcast SSID is enable with option YES?
Go to Configuration >> Security... The SSID that you configured is checked on ENABLE fields?
Those questions can be obvious, but all detail are important.
Best Regards.
