WAC 510 Not Broadcasting 2.4GHz channel
Hi, we have been using a NetGear WAC510 for Wireless connectivity throughout our business without issue but recently have noticed that devices that need to be on a 2.4 GHz channel are not able to connect to the WiFi. The SSID is visible on any device that connects on the 5 GHz channel but not 2.4GHz.
I've made sure the firmware is fully updated (version 9.9.3.2).
I have tried creating a new SSID that is just on 2.4GHz and no devices can see this at all, as soon as i enable the 5 GHz it appears on computers and phones.
My suspicion is the device is not working on 2.4GHz and may need replacing but does anybody have any other ideas before I buy a new one?
Many thanks.

I am having the same trouble. I recently updated to 9.9.1.3, and I think that is where I started to see this problem. The status light on the access point for the 2.4 Ghz channel is solid green, instead of the blinking blue that indicates traffic. I was able to reboot the access point again, and get the 2.4 to work usually on the second try. So, then I upgraded to 9.9.3.2, and rebooting does not seem to help fix this problem.

Update. I rebooted the access point again (third try) and 2.4 channel came up. So it is definitely an intermittent problem.
