WAC124 Locked out
All of a sudden, I'm locked out of my WAC-124. The email address I always logged in with is not 'registred' for my device. The device has been running smoothly for about 4 years. The same happened with my previous router after about 4 years.
Is this planned obsolence? How can it be that I'm locked out remotely and cannot access the device using the associated credentials? I should always be capable of logging in to my device, the device I paid for, right?
How can I access my router?

Have you powered OFF the WAC for 1 minute then back ON the try to log in?
How about a factory restore and setup from scratch?

Will try to do a soft reset (although the refusal comes from the Netgear website, not the router).
In case a factory reset is necessary, but in that case I'll probably flash the router to an open OS.
