WAC720 Captive Portal Problems

DaneA,
Thank you for the reply and the welcome.
Your first question "Do you also have a captive portal configured on Office and Office_5G? If yes, does same problem happen?" prompted me to try enabling Captive Portal on Office. It imediately worked. This showed promise so I played with the settings some more. Turns out that the problem was with the security setup between the VLANs on my Cisco Router (2921). I don't want computers connected to my Guest network (VLAN 59) to have access to the computers on my Office network (VLAN 52). Since the captive portal is hosted by the access points and IP addresses and management interfaces for the access points were on VLAN 52 anyone on VLAN 59 could not access them. I am working on settings now so that Guests can access the APs but nothing else.Thank you!
