Wax610 default username password

Question

Hello Community,&nbsp;&nbsp;what is the default username and password for the wax160 ? I'm trying to access the individual access point to downgrade the firmware because i have very slow connection , i have 950Mbs from the source but i only receive 20Mbs on my wifi on computer.&nbsp; &nbsp;So i will need the username and password.&nbsp;I tried username = admin and password = password but will not work, i also tried admin = default and password = default does not work as well.&nbsp;&nbsp;Any suggestion ?&nbsp;Thank you.

when you first setup the access point, it required you to change it from the defaults.&nbsp;
Are you managing it through insight?&nbsp;or just local access?
&nbsp;
not sure if the insight devices have password recovery.&nbsp;

You should be able to access it through insight.&nbsp;

The location wide admin password is set from the Insight environment.
&nbsp;
Via the location -&gt; Devices&nbsp;https://insight.netgear.com/#/devices/dash&nbsp;you have full control on each AP all radio, network Configuration, Radio Channels, Channel Width, Output power ...
&nbsp;

Sais that: You have full control of what is going on on your Insight managed APs.
