WAX610 gets inaccessable, SSID Broadcast active but no connection after 24hours
After abou 24 hours the WAX610 gets inaccessable, i cant connect to webinterface, SSID broadcast ist still active but no connection from devices to AP
AP is powered by 802.3at switch. i´ve replaced the PoE Switch with an PoE injector,replaced already the cat6A patch cable. mounted on ceiling
Current Firmware Version V9.6.3.2
only 2.4GHz usage - less than 25 devices and not much bandwith usage, two SSIDs in different VLAN.
Wireless settings: Mode 11ax; Channel width 20MHz; Chanel 1; Output Power 100%; guard interval long; authentication WPA2 personal; 802.11w disable; Band Steering / 802.11 k/v disable; addressing and Traffic bridge;
Bought the AP in February, but first installed a month ago and registered today because the problem is the WAX610, all other parts was already swaped.
I cant say if the problem was still there with the original Firmware version because i´ve upgraded to V9.6.3.2 when i´ve done the first setup
thx in advance for your help!

Welcome to the community!
After the 24 hour period where the WAX610 becomes inaccessible, were there any events that might have caused the issue?
Just to clarify, when you mean by inaccessible, are you referring to no internet access and/or cannot access the web interface as well?
Also, if possible, please update its FW to the latest version which is v10.2.0.16 to see if that will resolve the issue, please check here for your reference.Regards,

Thank you for your answer. I´mind that the problem occurs every 24hours maybe its 22 oder 26. inaccessable is the webinterface of the WAX610 and every wireless client cant connect, SSID broadcast is active but no connection possible. For testing i´ve setup one 5GHz SSID and the AP is stable since more than three days. I try to update to latest firmware today and disable WiFi 5Ghz.
regards
