WAX620 AP Not Connecting to WiFi
Hello! I can’t connect chamberlain myQ garage door opener via wax620 AP. All other devices I have are working and all bands are enabled. If I substitute the AP for a router, it connects fine. I need to open a case with Netgear somehow.
- All they did was power cycle both the AP and the chamberlain device (which I did as well), and then it started working instantly. Not sure at all what was the difference between me doing it and them telling me.

I will create case with the team, can you help me with some more details like
1. Chamberlain myQ garage door opener --Version details
2. If possible, logs when issue happens (Monitoring --> Logs --> Download detailed Logs)
2. WAX620 Firmware version, Insight managed or Standalone mode.
4. If possible, configuration backup

The issue is not persisting anymore. Sorry for the late update. I had contacted chamberlain as well before, and they gave me a remedy.
