WAX625 - The configd has failed over 5 times consecutively.
I received the following notification:
The configd has failed over 5 times consecutively. Contact technical support.
And I also noticed that the uptime is: 03 Days 03 Hrs 30 Mins
The uplink switch has an uptime of 30 days, so I don't think it rebooted to a power issue.

Please ignore this error message. It is a false alarm and does not impact any functionality of the AP.
Just for your information, this issue will be addressed in the upcoming release, which is expected in February 2025.

I too am seeing the error mentioned.
"XXXXXXXXA0E09: The configd has failed over 5 times consecutively. Contact technical support."Additionally, many of my APs lose connectivity with the Insight dashboard. They still function and are accessible directly by IP and I can run pings and speed tests through the local console interface; however, attempts to run the same diagnostics through Insight produces the following error:
"An error occurred while processing the request. Try again."
There's no rhyme or reason for this issue. I have a weekly reboot schedule to mitigate the problem, but it still happens. In fact, the last reboot occurred at 1 AM on 2/1/2025, and of the 51 APs I have, 32 are disconnected from Insight.Model WAX620; Country/Region United States of America; Up Time 01 Days 09 Hrs 28 Mins; Firmware Version 10.8.11.4
