WAX630 disconnection issues
We purchased a NETGEAR® Insight Managed WiFi 6 AX6000 Tri-Band Multi-Gig Access Point (WAX630) a few months ago and ever since we installed it we've been getting disconnection issues when users connect their mobile devices to the AP.
It's not consistent as iOS and some Android devices can maintain a connection. But some such as a Galaxy-S10 as a token example can only connect for sometimes a minute before it disconnects and attempts to reconnect.
AP's firmware is V10.8.6.3 which I know isn't the latest. We'll be trying a firmware upgrade a the end of the week but I've seen elsewhere that this issue has existed on this AP since version 10.7.
An example of what I've seen in the diagnostic log for just one device:

- I’m seeing something similar, it doesn’t happen if I have the client use a VPN, and it doesn’t happen on my 3 other identical APs. Client that hits the problem most often is a Windows 11 laptop with an AX211 card

Hi JJEIT and RainofTerra
Greeting!
Could you please share the AP logs collected at the time of the issue along with the client details (MAC, type, make, OS version)? We will definitely take a look at it.
I will DM my business email to both of you.
Thanks!
Pramendra

I am having the same disconnects with WAX630 Firmware Version 10.8.11.4
Was a solution found for this issue. Is there a new firmware coming that will fix this or should I downgrade? Thank you for any assistance.

No I sent a message to Netgear support but they never responded
