WC7500 Problem

I've created 2 SSIDs and both have 2.4 / 5Ghz. one of the SSID had problem since last month. We cannot connect to the SSID but the other one remains normal. The strange thing is that we didn't change...

The WC7500 is the controller. What access points do you have connected? 
Have you noticed if its an issue with devices connecting to the access points? or just the specific ssid? 

Have you make sure to avoid special characters/spaces in the ssid/password on the 2nd ssid?

    3. The SSID has space, but it’s working for over 2 years. Besides, the pw has nothing special, just characters and numbers combinations without space

      I'm just trying to clarify it its one of the access points having an issue or if its a specific ssid on ALL the access points having an issue? 

      do you have more than 1 access point?
