Can I go more then 1 wireless hop with these units (wac720 or wac730)?

internet>>wired to POE switch to AP >> AP >> AP >> users
Basiclly just need to 2 hop the signal...can't run a wire...

Yes, this can be achieved by using WiFi point-to-point bridging or WiFi point-to-multipoint bridge. Please see page 123 of the user manual.
