Weclome to the Netgear community.  To know more about your case could you please tell us WNDAP320 is in standalone mode or managed by any controller? What is the current firmware version?

    Managed by the controller. And most likely the wireless point began to be updated using the controller and there was a power outage at this moment. version was 3.7.9.0 - updated manually before failure
