Hi GFresh,
It seems that the ethernet port itself is faulty. I suggest you to open an online case with NETGEAR Support at anytime. Kindly state your concern and the troubleshooting steps done to isolate the problem. Attach a .pdf or .doc copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of the WNDAP360 for warranty verification. If ever the hardware warranty is still valid, then an online replacement will follow.

Hi Kelvin
Thx. Can you please check by directly connecting power adpater to WNDAP360 not via PoE injector?
Thanks
Raghu

Hi Raghu
I have tried this previously, but I have just done so again.
So the WNDAP360 is currently sat connected directly to the PSU, with a single cat 5e patch lead connecting to my GS724t v2, both of which are running default settings (aside from an SSID being set...) and the issue remains.
Upon startup, the WNDAP360 appears to make 3 or 4 brief attempts to connect at gigabit, then settles at 100mbit. I can observe this happening via the LEDs on both the AP and the switch.
Thanks
