Yes, I missed that, one has a license, the other should show not insight manageable if it's added to Insight.

The confusing part for new Insight App users is that both devices are Insight discoverable, but the XS724EM (as well as any other Plus or other non-Insight-manageable) will be listed as "Not accessible".

MikeD1234 In the Insight App (Android here), these devices show up under Limited Support, some with a valid LAN IP labelled "Accessible" (but by far not all in the same IP subnet, many show as "Not Accessible"...
...and to make the confusion complete: Those marked as "Accessible", also show up with the [Visit Web Interface] button (and a correct LAN IP), but are not reachable when clicking the button. The old men reports are ignored for years. 8-) Hope you have the better connections to the Insight engineering, App development, and QA 8-)))

I finally got it working. I must say I am not at all impressed with Insight's registration of the device. The first WAP I added was factory reset and I had to use the very cumbersome mobile app to re-apply my settings (e.g., static IP and and multiple SSID settings). Being a professional software development leader, all I can say is that Netgear should fire the head of development for that app...horrible usability.
