running-config couldn't download but upload through HTTP is completed successfully.
Hi,
I want to upgrade the firmware for the GS752TP version from 6.0.1.18 to 6.0.1.30.
Before applying any change, I want to take a running-config backup. If I go to Maintenance > Upload > HTTP File Upload > Apply, Then it always appears running-config.txt - Couldn't download - Network issues.
This happens in any host and any browser.
But it also appears the message "Text Configuration file upload through HTTP is completed successfully."
Is there any way to fix this or any other way I can access the running-config backup file before updating the firmware?

Hi schumaku Thanks for your advice. I won't be able to try the reset/reboot option as this is the client environment. I found how to transfer the config file via TFTP to a local drive, this time I will go for this option. Thanks for your help!
