basic netgear insight INsufficient device credits (1)
This morning i did the app update on ios. After that i got the message of "insufficeint device credits (1) and i am locked out. When go to manage my subscription if shows 3 insight devices and 3 device credits and underneeth that it shows 1 more needed, 2 included free. Loging into the portal it shows that i am paid up until January 2021.
any help is appreciated.
A release if Insight v5.8 just went though. I believe these issues were quickly resolved. Please let us know if they persist.
