Cannot purchase Insight Premium subscription credits
I have 2 acces points and a while ago i bought 1 credit and a regular subscription to see what i could do with a credit. Now that i know how everything works i want to buy a second credit for my other acces point. it just freezes during payment. it doesnt matter which device i use to log in from, i've deleted all cookies and cache aswell and the problem continues. can anyone help with this?
and for some reason it is impossible to contact netgear directly about this, if i can just chat to or phone with someone from netgear, i hope this can be solved. i cant log a ticket, because you need a pro subsciption for that and i cant buy a subscription, because during payment it locks up, just as with buying a credit
