Insight Billing Issue - Please help
My credit card changed and my subscription was unable to be paid via the old card. Upon receiving the email from Netgear, I updated my CC info so the billing could proceed. However, I keep getting notices that my account is unpaid. I keep checking and the CC info is correct, the emails from Netgear tell me that upon me correcting the info, it will automatically be deducted, but it isn't. Now, I'm getting a final notice!
I tried the sales @ email address, but didn't get a response.
HELP!
