Issues with Wac510 and Insight
Had 2 WAC510's installed for my new build home system in 2020. I am not technical, but read that Insight software would allow me to update WAC510's. The system works well, but I have never updated ...
I'm not an insight person as I don't have any of the business class stuff but most don't have to be registered to be updated. You can usually log in through the browser to update them manually. The manual (page 187) goes over checking/updating through the browser.
For the registration, you'd have to contact netgear. Not sure why the installer would set yours up on their account.
