WAC510 5ghz Connectivity issue

We are unable connect 5ghz wifi access point. I was upgrade AP Firmware V9.5.5.4.

Sometimes its get connected but at the same time when i try to connecting from other

device its unable to connect. I am trying to change wireless mode. Its working fine with 2.4ghz.

    Hi anilmisal 

     

    Looks like you have configured Max wireless client set to 1.

    Here is the trace from the logs

     

    Mon Feb 28 11:46:17 IST 2022 nddmp[10970]: alarm : seqNo-[10764], level-[MINOR], info-[Client F8-34-41-BF-0E-DC association denied - Max Client hit]

     

    Please check this configuration and allow the required clients to be connected. See the attached screen shot where you can configure this value.

    anilmisal  what type of device it is? Intel laptops or Android phones or iOS devices? Please give more details of the stations that you are connecting. All devices are not connecting or any specific device is having an issue? Mention model number also.

      All Laptop are windows 10 had connected another 5GHz router and Some are mobiles.

       

      I will explain one Scenerio.

      I am using ASUS X515EA laptop. Sometime it get connected with 5ghz. Sometime its show it could not connect. Same thing happened with other user also. Facing issue with last 15Days. I am also update Firmware for the AP. I had two Same AP another one is working fine.

       

      7 Laptop are same configuration.
