Need help with Netgear M7 Ultra and Insight Pro
Hi,
I purchased the Insight Pro and trying to add my mobile router Netgear M7 Ultra but it's not working
Am told I need to keep the router switched on and running for 7 days to make the first connection
Shouldn't it try to connect whenever I turn the device on?
Is there any other setting that could prevent the device from being added?
Status says 'Pending verification' I've checked that the SN and IMEI are correct, internet connection is availableIs there anything I can do to trigger a connection rather than wait 7 days and hope it connects with management check-in

your question seems to focus on Insight Pro, which is a product not unique to the M7. So this sub-forum would really not be the ideal spot to ask questions related to it.

That sounds frustrating! If your Netgear M7 Ultra is stuck on "Pending verification," it should ideally connect whenever it’s powered on, not require a full 7-day wait. Double-check that the firmware is up to date and that there are no network restrictions blocking the connection. Also, try rebooting both the router and the Insight Pro system. If possible, manually refresh or reattempt the setup.
