Ready NAS's need to be on 6.8 in order to be seen under Insight.
Ready NAS's that support insight need to be models RN422 or higher to use insight with them.

When I connec tto admin page with browser, I see traffic going in port 443, but not when I use app.

I checked with a colleague who has an Android device and it's working fine for him.
So we'd need more details about your Android device e.g. which version of Android you're running and perhaps also your network setup to get an idea of what's going on.
