Unable to update account for billing
I have multiple WAX620 cloud managed routers in service. I am billed annually (reoccurring) successfully for keeping the account active and supported. When I log in it shows my credit card information but then says i do not have an active subscription. Because my subscription is inactive I am unable to open any support tickets. Where do I get support to correct this issue,.

I resolved this using phone chat. Evidently you can hover your mouse over the sku number for the credit packs and new a dialog pops up allowing for canceling the auto renew.
Pretty poor experience, but i was able to cancel the subscription
