Firmware Upgrade: M4300-16X Cannot see web GUI anymore?

Hi all,

I have a M4300-16X 600W PSU (XSM4316PB) Netgear switch i use for a SDVOE video system. I wanted to upgrade the switch to the latest firmware. I used this article and followed the steps very closely (https://kb.netgear.com/000044728/M4300-Firmware-Version-12-0-2-15).

I was upgrading from 12.0.8.3 to 12.0.15.7. I followed the instructions (via Web GUI) and upon the last reboot, the GUI prompted me to update password. So I used the same password as the default settings to keep things simple. Now, when I log in, all I see is the the attached screenshot...

Did I brick the unit? Can I fix it? What are my options....
