M4250-9G1F no Poe
I have a M4250-9G1F-Poe+ new were the Poe doesn't work.
When i look at the Poe configuration tab there is no firmware stated. when i try to power cycle the Poe i get an error for every port: Error! Failed to Set '' with 'Reset'. I did a firmware update, but that didn't resolve the issue.
is there another way to solve this problem?

Reads like a broken PoE controller or a power supply issue. As your device is new, head to https://my.netgear.com/ select your (already registered) switch, and follow the process [Request Hardware Support]. Depending on the market or region, for DoA case, the reseller or distributor can of course replace your product.
