No Sales service in Switzerland ?
Hi
Netgear has no before sales support for AV products in Switzerland ?? Their phone number is out of service, the email doesn't give any answer (vertrieb@netgear.com) and their sales email just get an automated email in german stating to call them....

Not sales, but they still might be able to help.
Also, you might ask your questions here. schumaku in particular has a lot of experience with this (and is in Switzerland). Note this is a user-to-user forum, and neither he nor I work for Netgear.
All AV pre-sales service is Handels by a worldwide and regional ProAV Design and Engineering team - the correct way at - least for the initial contact - is by using the form and email as StephenB mentioned before.
Of course, Netgear has a regional DACH and local Swiss sales assigned. However, the sales team has not much real hands-on experience with AV Design and Engineering.
