Yes, it is a wonderful day. I was able to activate my support contract today after over 6 months of back and forth with Netgear.
Support message did nothing and is still open. Contact via the press and marketing department of Netgear brought nothing.
Was it really this message in the community?
Anyway, I now have the support extension.
So much hassle and effort for €204 in the end? Wouldn't free support be cheaper for Netgear?

The problem is over 6 months old and they keep stalling me? Is this the quality of service from Netgear?
I am desperate for an alternative to the electronic ordering process over the internet, because if they can't get this right in 6 months, you will NEVER get it right. What is ETA?
Selling a support contract shouldn't be that hard.
Give me a solution now, I have waited enough.
