Cycling error--despite cycling

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?

Thanks so much for the reply! I ended up removing the entire power strip from the wall before cycling back on modem > router > satellite > extenders, and that ended up doing the trick. Something had stayed plugged in with a hidden power strip that should not have. Thank you for the response!
