Disable bar LED on SXK30
Hi,
Looked through the manual and advice for other Orbi / Orbi Pro on how to turn off the bar LED but cannot find it.
How DO you disable the bar LED on an Orbi Pro SXK30?
Thanks
BSG

You don't. Normal operation the front LED will turn OFF. Only if the SXK is booting up will be WHITE or the SXS or SXR has lost connections will the front LED turn on PINK.

Hi FURRYe38,
Yes, I know which LED lights are which and why and that they turn off.
Given where the satellites have to be mounted, the coverage can switch back and forth between blue and orange. We have no outages. We just don't need to to have the blue and orange LEDs keep showing.
The white switch on and purple when no Internet LEDs would be useful. The blue and orange once installed are not needed.
I'll raise it as a feature request.

If the LEDs are coming on then you may need to move them into closer range of the SXR. The system is designed so that the LEDS are fully OFF when satellites are placed well from the SXR and in normal operation. There would be nothing to add to the UI to disable or change this for users.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between SXR and SXS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. Depending on building materials, the SXS may need to be placed closer to the SXR.
