Insights Upgrade Forced Me to Pay
All my 1 year free subsctiptions that started back in Oct 2020 are apparently no good now. Just had to order 3 device credits for the year to keep Insights Premium after the Insights site was upgraded. 2 Switches and my Orbi Pro 6 that were bought in October.

You will need to contact Netgear Support for assistance with that. Login to https://www.netgear.com/ and under the Account link go to the "My Support" link.
