Orbi Pro 6 missing satellite in box
Hello,
I purchased a Netgear product such as: https://www.qvc.com/Netgear-Orbi-Pro-WiFi-6-AX6000-Tri-band-WiFi-System.product.E240240.html?sc=SRCH
and when it arrived. I was taking out the Router and everything and relized the included router was missing. Well called QVC and they told me since the manufacterer forget to include it that I must contact them to get a replacement sent out to me. I did so and when I called they won't help me becuase since I didn't buy it thorugh them directly on their website its is not their problem. I just need the included satellite that was supposed to be bundled together. Can someone please help me.

You'd need to go through qvc.
You wouldn't return something you purchased at Best Buy to walmart. You'd go back to the company you got it from.
