That is usually achieved with "parental controls". I see no sign that this model supports that feature.

 

That range of routers seems to be aimed at the "Pro" market, with none of the stuff you get on domestic kit.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
