(all tests on windows 10 with latest updates). Same computer connects to wireless on my current router and speed tests at 490/490. It's definitely the SXR30 slowing things down.
What link speed does windows 10 show in the wireless settings resp properties? Example from another wireless connection and AP (i understand your wireless client does no AX, and the 240x are double of what your SRX30 can reach), specifically the link speed for send and receive:

Based on the wireless client negotiated link speeds (866/866) I would not expect a big impact on performance, similar as you see from using the ISP WiFi router. Possible reasons for slower effective throughput could be concurrent channel usage or interferences. Ensure 80 MHz (four channels!) are free with no other AP active concurrently.
Formally talking, the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 (drivers et all) are EoL / discontinued and in self-service support status, so expected to work as-is, certainly as long as no bigger changes in the specs or unexpected things happen.
