Orbi Pro SXK80 ACK Scan and connection drops
Hello, I've been having some problems with my Netgear Orbi Mesh System for a few weeks. Before it worked quite fine and the connection issue was only a two to three times a month. It's possible that connection dropped during the night and nobody recognized it.
In the protocol list I can see every time a warning with ACK scan or similar (DoS Attack: ACK Scan] from source: 17.248.173.7, port 443, Thursday, April 20, 2023 09:47:45). After this message get every device a new IP from the DHCP Server.
([DHCP IP: 192.168.1.11] to MAC address xxxx, Thursday, April 20, 2023 10:02:31
[DHCP IP: 192.168.30.10] to MAC address xxxx, Thursday, April 20, 2023 09:58:34
[DHCP IP: 192.168.30.9] to MAC address xxxx, Thursday, April 20, 2023 09:49:16)
Most of the time is during the issue the VLAN 1 not available. Has anyone an idea how I can fix that?
The other problem with a loosing WIFI connection is this message: [Insight] Wake up to process rapid command. interval = 30, rapid_count = 10, Thursday, April 20, 2023 13:00:02
[Insight] Received xagent notification. message = rapid., Thursday, April 20, 2023 13:00:02
After this is it the same with the IP addresses from the DHCP Server.
Actual I'm using the SXK80 with three SXS80 satellites and one Netgear Router.
Installed Firmware is the V4.2.3.102.
The behavior after a restart is weird, the connection issue is than very often approximately every hour. After a run time about 7days without a restart it's not often, only three to four times a day.
