Orbi Pro SXR80 Device is Disconnected status
Orbi Pro Router SXR80 in the insight app shows Device is Disconnected status. But wifie is working fine. In the insight cloub portal also it shows Needs Attension. I could not save any new changes.
How to fix the issue?

Orbi Router is connected to AT&T Cable modem

What att cable modem? many of them are combo devices and running a double nat can cause insight (and the gui) to think its offline when it isn't.
