What are you seen when you are not able to log in? Is web page giving an error?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
What browser are you using?
Be sure to clear out all browser caches.
Try a different browser to see if problem follows. MS Edge, Firefox or Opera.
