Hi running SXK80 with the latest firmware 4.2.3.103 on Comcast with 1gb down and 30 up.

I would assume that you have mistyped the firmware version.  The latest SXK80 firmware is v4.2.3.102.

 

Is the SXR80 configured as Router mode and deployed as the main router?  

 

Is the SXR80 behind another router?
