Orbi SRR60 Guest Portal Stuck

When guests try and login to guest wifi, the portal loads and asks for them to agree to terms. After hitting agree the page reloads back to itself. This used to work perfectly and re-direct to a website.

    Since everything was working fine before, are there any recent changes done on the settings of the SRR60 that might have triggered the problem?

     

    What is the current firmware version of the SRR60?
