SRS60 no access since firmware update
I carried out a nice little exercise on my Orbi network, naming every device and getting all the admin up to date. I had an issue viewing devices via each satellite as I could only see ‘all devices’ but couldn’t see which satellite they were connected to. I noticed that there were varying firmware versions across the Orbi network so updated everything to be consistent. Since then I can’t see the Orbi network at all using the Orbi app. I can still access the router and satellites by using a web browser but not via the app. Has anybody got any suggestions?

Make sure that SRS are updated first and using same version of FW that's what's loaded on the SRS unit. All should be using same version of FW.

Adding to what FURRYe38 said, I'd also suggest using the NETGEAR Insight App instead of the Orbi app.
