SXR 80 Router offline but SXS 80 satellite online
Having issues with the SXR80 router showing offline but the SXS80 satellite is online and provides internet connectivity. Not sure why I can’t get the router back online. I’ve tried rebooting everythi...
I always power OFF the SXR, SXS and ISP modem for a full power cycle.
Also I keep a USB fan under my main router while online. Keeps it cooler 24/7. If the SXR is in some closet with out any good ventilation, ya, get you a USB fan to put under the unit to help keep it cooler.

Ok after rebooting the router and leaving it off for 30 mins to completely cool down. I was able to power it backup and it connected back online. The satellite didn’t connect automatically and needed to be rebooted as well but now all is back online and running as expected. Moving forward I think I am going to look into installing an exhaust fan for my network closet to ensure heat is not the issue here.
