Hello, Use a Orbi SXR30 with 4 satellites for my home network. Previous to recent Insight update (4.3.4.300) phone app listed all connected devices and allowed blocking access through the app. Now...

SXK version 4.3.4.300
Previous to this update, the Insight app listed every client (even wifi light bulbs) and allowed an option to block the particular device from accessing the internet.
App shows in "About" tab 19 connected clients; connected clients tab shows 0. Additionally, accessing the GUI for the router shows the connected clients as it did previously.
Will attempt the power cycle procedure.
