The app does not show connected clients
Experiencing same problem & am away from unit, so unable to unplug/replug. Suggestions?

Sorry for my delayed response ---- am using a SXR30 & Insight 10.0.0 on my Android phone. (And am still away from the unit.)

What FW version is loaded on the Orbi system? Mines using v4.3.4.300.

I installed this FW version on my 30 series and factory reset and setup from scratch. After setup, I checked with Insight app and after getting the system added to the app, connected clients were seen. I added more devices as well and those were seen by the app as well.
Hoping the new app update will fix yours.
