Unable to Connect to Orbi SXR30
Recently, I have been unable to access my Orbi SXR30 router using 192.168.1.1 or orbilogin.com, etc. from my wired desktop computer. I connected the computer wirelessly and tried again, but same issue. I am able to ping the router. If I enter 10.0.0.1, I get connected to my Xfinity modem. I believe this problem started when I received a new modem from Xfinity. I have tried different browsers and cleared the cache and also tried from my Android phone with the same result.
Everything connected to the router works flawlessly, I am just unable to connect to it.
Any suggestions?

if you log into the xfinity router, does the IP address for the router show up?
No. When I log into the Xfinity modem, (using 10.0.0.1), I get the Xfinity admin log in screen.
Here is something I just found out - when I tried to log in to the Orbi with my wife's computer, I was able to get to the Orbi using the IP address 192.168.1.1. I then thought OK, it must be a cache thing, so I went back to my computer and cleared the cache, cookies, data, etc. from the browser. But I am still unable to log into the Orbi from that computer using the IP address or netlogin, etc.
