Can't Activate Armor

I know this is common and I have tried all the listed solutions here in the community that I can find.  When I try to activate my armor subscription via a code on the armor management website I get the following error "There was an error activating your subscription. Please try again later"

 

Acitvatimg the code via the orbi app is not an option. It tells me I have an active license but the details of that says it is expired and give no option to enter a code.

 

I have factory reset the orbi twice, I have uninstalled the orbi app twice.

 

My support with netgear is expired becase I can't activate the code so I get zero assistance there.

 

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

  • Thanks for the  quick reply!!  I really appreciate it. I figured I was going to have to contact NG. Was just hoping for one last ditch idea before the 2 weeks and 17 emails back an forth with NG before they actually escalate it.  It is an Orbi RBS860B, Android.

    What model Orbi are you using Armor with? 

    What mobile platform are you using? Android or Apple?

     

    Something you'll need to contact NG support about and have them help with your subscription. All that can't be done from the forums.
