When trying to access the orbi app on my andriod, not a problem, but when I try to access the Armor Security Tab through the app, it opens but doesnt refresh and error messgae (Something Went Wrong, Try Again) keeps popping up. Dashboard shows I have vulnerablities, but when I click on it, it says I dont have any. If I access router directly to view armor, it doesnt let me access. Cant do anything. How do you fix?

I have this exact same issue with my CBR750/RBS750 setup

Figured out that doing a factory reset on the router resolved the issue, however I now have an issue of the everywhere access not staying online, which appears to take Netgear armour offline with it!

Reinstalling the orbi app makes no difference.

Any resolution on this? I get the very same thing which makes the Security Tab in the app almost useless. Click on vulnerabilities and just get the Something Went Wrong pop up.

I have the same problem was not able to select the security tab on my samsung s21 ultra phone. On my other phone, Iphone, i was able to to go to security tab and saw that threats were blocked from my Samsung android. i suspect i have some mallware on my samsung phone. scanning it now.

I am having the same issue today. Reboot my RBK852 Router + 1 Satellite but no help! Uninstall and reinstall the Netgear Orbi APP on my Android phone did not help either. My phone support is out of 90 days period. Did you have any luck? Thanks.

  No luck so far. I tried all the same and nothing. Not sure why support for their software subscription of their supported software should run out. 90 days for product support is rather worthless as well. If I can't get it to work, surely won't be renewing anytime soon. Waste of money to purchase security software that doesn't seem to work

Same problem.
Router rax50, firmware last available at July 2021.
No way to solve with reinstall app, factory reset router
